Kyra is a very likeable character, despite having tried to kill the princess. She's a brave heroine who risks everything to save the kingdom. She meets a young man along her journey who challenges her and begins to break down the walls she has put up. And Kyra's personality further developed thanks to her cute, tracking (dog-like) pig. It's a darling character that gives Kyra a bit more humanity.
This is a charming fantasy with the feel of a fairy tale. I enjoyed every bit of this fantastic adventure for all ages. Full of mystery, suspense, humor, a bit of romance, and several surprises - I didn't want this story to end. I was sorry to see that the author passed away, especially so young. But she has left behind a beautiful legacy. Poison is an impressive debut by an obviously talented author. I highly recommend this sweet and captivating fantasy, which has made my list of favorites for the year.

So this past year has been a really tough one for our family. The major thing that happened is my mom's dad died when we were all convinced he was pretty much invincible. He died the day after my parents' 25 anniversary and two days before my mom's birthday. So we never celebrated either since we were all in a hospital or at the funeral home. I want to get something really special for her for Christmas to sort of make it up to her. There's a necklace she really likes but it's around $300 and my family can't throw money around like that right now. Any other ideas?
BalasHapushey everyone! my boyfriend and i have been together for 2 years, and we will make 3 on dec 1, 2011. so the question i have is; what the heck do i get him? just to recap ( i love awesome gifts) of the things i have given him : 1st anniversary: 16" inch digital photoframe, 2 macys izod wool sweaters, black nike shoxs, 2nd: sterling sliver with diamonds invicta watch , sterling silver cuff links with mini pics of us inside, also monogrammed, nike sneakers again, now i am a bit limited on money this time around lol, but still want an awesome idea. a little about him: hes older than me, loves watches, has tons of clothes and shoes already now!, and is pretty simple so u can imagine when i got these gifts how floored he was! the thing is i really am clueless now! he loves star trek so i figured maybe getting him the second season since i got the first one for xmas, but that was kinda like a ( ill get him a season each xmas thing!) but im really stumped... any ideas from guys and girls really appreciate it thanks!!!!!!

BalasHapusI bought my gf a ring for christmas. it is sterling silver and has 1/7ct black and white diamonds... none on the band. However the store only carried it in size 7. i bought it and i need it resized to 6.5. if resized will the diamonds be effected? any details please
